I read this during my evangelical fundamentalist days as it was rare for me to read actual comics back then. At that point in time I just felt sad that this guy had missed the joy and fantastic capabilities of the medium. It was the usual witch-hunt that goes so far in one very slanted direction, an misses the joy that God likes to see in his children, IMHO. SAD!

Kevin Nowlan has posted up scans of this book before too! I’d almost want to buy one for the comedy of it alone. Seems that the author took the subject so way beyond seriously that it reads more like parody than criticism.

haha. i like how the little box they cut out of the top panel actually implies that there was more going on there than the original uncut panel probably actually showed…
