This is a fascinating map for an Australian to look at. It looks like Australia before the sea level rose – I just got off a boat from the mainland this morning. Way back when, no boat was needed and the locals walked across to what became Tasmania. Whitey has very generously been granted his own cordoned off parcel of land tens of thousands of years in advance of his coming. Unfortunately, Whitey took the lot.
